User guides
How to use inDepth
Short, practical guides to the three inDepth apps — what to set before your first session, what each button does, and the handful of things that genuinely confuse people. Ten minutes each, not a manual you have to sit down with.
inDepth Blue — freediving & spearfishing
Set-up, how deep your watch can actually read, a dive session start to finish, the buttons, depth alarms, surface-rest models and GPS spot marking.
inDepth Pool — dynamic apnea
Set-up, a pool session start to finish, the button model that catches everyone out, automatic rep start and end, turn detection and countdown alerts.
inDepth Apnea Sync — the phone app
Pairing, syncing from the watch, what the logbook shows you, cloud backup and the browser logbook, imports, exports and backups.
Safety first. inDepth is a training aid, not a life-support device. No algorithm removes the risks of freediving or of pool apnea. Never dive alone, always follow the one-up one-down rule, and treat every rest recommendation as a minimum.
